Dr. Angela Look received her BA in Psychology and Sociology from California State University, Bakersfield (CSUB), her MA in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead School of Psychology and her PsyD in Organization Development from Alliant International University. She has worked with child welfare agencies for 23 years in a variety of capacities. In 2018, she developed a unit working with youth who have been victims of human trafficking; she continues to supervise in this unit, act as a trainer within the community and is involved in multiple community collaboratives to help combat human trafficking. Dr. Look has provided training to law enforcement, military, school personnel, social workers, and community/faith-based organizations. Dr. Look is a part-time psychology lecturer at CSUB; she developed and teaches a course, Psychology of Human Trafficking. In July of 2025, Dr. Look taught a course regarding human trafficking at St. James Research Centre in Scotland.
